Disabled People's Protection Policy

We know how important it is to get you from A to B simply and with the least possible fuss. Our DPPP tells you how we will achieve this from planning your trip right through to supplying the assistance you need en route and all the bits in between.

The passenger document has been produced to outline (in summary) the kind of service we provide to help older and disabled passengers plan their journeys and also to know what to expect when travelling with us.

The policy document sets out our plans and strategic direction.

Scooter Card Application

FTPE operates a scooter permit system for customers who wish to take their scooters on board in an assembled state.  Customers can download the application form (document will open as a pdf) for a scooter permit. Customers who can fold down or dismantle their scooter so it can be taken on board as luggage do not require a permit.  To book assistance for carrying your folded down/dismantled scooter on board please contact the Assisted Travel Team (0800 107 2149).
