Only valid on FTPE services. Only valid on date and service stated on ticket. No refunds available. Changes to travel plans. Changes to time or date of travel must be arranged before departure of the first reserved train printed on the ticket, after which the ticket has no value and a new one must be purchased. Customers will need to present the ticket(s) and reservation(s) when they request a change. The origin, destination and Train Company or route shown on the ticket(s) must remain the same. The difference between the price paid and cost of the next suitable fare for the journey is payable, plus a £10 administration fee per person, per single ticket for each change to a journey. If customers change to a train on which a cheaper fare is available, the difference will not be refunded. Reservations Strict control arrangements apply and (free) seat reservations must be obtained for the throughout journey (where applicable) before the tickets are issued. Easements As a special concession for passengers with journeys originating at Manchester Airport, if their flight is delayed, they may use their tickets up to 3 hours after the departure time stated on their ticket. This must be on a FTPE service. If the next direct FTPE service to your destination departs after the 3 hour concession this service may be used. Passengers who have print at home tickets who wish to use this easement, they must have their ticket endorsed by either the ticket office or by ticket barrier staff, before boarding the train.
