PLUSBUS is a discount price ticket for unlimited bus travel around town that you buy with your train ticket. This allows you to pay for your complete train and bus journeys in one easy transaction.

How Does It Work?
PLUSBUS is available to 240 towns and cities across Britain. For each town there is one zone that covers the whole urban area (your train journey must start or finish outside this bus travel zone). With your PLUSBUS ticket you can travel as much as you like by bus within this zone.

How Can I Buy PLUSBUS?
PLUSBUS can be added to 'walk up' and 'advance purchase' ticket types. Simply ask for PLUSBUS when buying your train ticket at the ticket office of any staffed train station, at self-service ticket machines (at selected stations) or by calling First TransPennine Express on 0845 600 1674. 

PLUSBUS can save you money and is more convenient than buying separate bus and train tickets. Most PLUSBUS tickets are priced around £2 to £3.50 a day. Holders of Young Person and Senior Railcards can save a third off the price of a PLUSBUS ticket and children (aged 5 - 15) pay half the adult PLUSBUS ticket price.
