Unpaid Fare Notice

In certain circumstances when a Passenger is not able to pay for a ticket or a ticket excess charge, they will be issued an Unpaid Fare Notice, which shows details of the journey and the fare which should have been paid.  This gives the Passenger permission to travel and pay the fare within 21 days.  They will be given a copy which summarises all the relevant information and if they want to appeal or dispute the issue of the Unpaid Fare Notice, they can do so in writing within 21 days.
