Christmas film elf-icionados rejoice as we've now added Elf to Exstream, our free on-board entertainment service.
The classic Christmas family film features Will Ferrell as Buddy the Elf, a well-meaning character who travels to New York to meet his biological father whilst spreading Christmas cheer – ‘by singing loud for all to hear’ – to the people of New York. Why be a ‘cotton-headed ninny-muggins’ when you can travel with your favourite Christmas character?
Kathryn O’Brien, Customer Experience Director at TransPennine Express, said: “Since launching the Exstream service on board, we’ve had a brilliant response from customers. It’s great to hear that people have been making the most of the service.”
“TransPennine Express is continuing to open a whole world of entertainment for our customers and we ho-ho-hope that our new addition, Elf, will brighten up our customers journeys.”
As if that isn’t enough to get excited about, there’s myrrh! Exstream will continue to provide customers with the normal programme of news, TV shows, films and magazines, including the likes of La La Land, Deadpool and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
Customers can download the app at home via the app store allowing them to seamlessly connect to Wi-Fi when joining us on their next journey.
