People across the North of England and Scotland can save 25% off the price of an advanced purchase ticket with TransPennine Express (TPE) as part of its exclusive Black Friday Sale.

Three million advanced purchase tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis on the TPE app using the code BLACKFRIDAY and online on tickets bought through the ‘Book Now' button at: www.tpexpress.co.uk/blackfriday

So, whether people fancy booking a weekend break to Edinburgh, head to Liverpool for a day out shopping or have a cultured day out in York – there is a bargain for everyone. Discounted fares include:

  • Manchester to Glasgow – was £16.40 now £12.30
  • Manchester to Liverpool – was £3.50 now £2.65
  • Manchester to York – was £11.20 now £8.40
  • Manchester to Leeds – was £9.80 now £7.35
  • Leeds to Hull – was £8.70 now £6.55
