Our app is the ultimate travel buddy; book tickets, check live train times, and more.
Rail customers in the North and into Scotland are being invited to book a space and chat virtually with train and station managers.
We are giving our customers the opportunity to get in touch and discuss the things that matter to them when it comes to travelling by train.
Our #TalkTPE events provide customers with the chance to have a conversation with members of the team and have their questions answered. The next #TalkTPE event will be hosted by Group Station Manager Andy Croughan, who looks after all aspects of customer experience and safety at our West Yorkshire stations and by Head of Onboard Service Managers Jason Ashmore (West area and Scotland) and Alison Murray (East) who manage conductors and customer experience onboard.
The session will take place between 5pm and 7pm on Wednesday 30 June 2021, where customers will have the opportunity to have a one to one discussion with the team lasting 15 minutes.
The #TalkTPE event will provide a great opportunity to talk all things onboard and allows customers to learn more about what services are available at stations.
Anyone planning on travelling by train will also have the chance to talk about the various measures that have been put in place to keep them safe so that they can travel with confidence.
By signing up for the next event at: http://bit.ly/TalkTPE, customers can let us know what positive changes we can make to the services we offer. Spaces will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Jason Ashmore, Head of Onboard Services at TransPennine Express, said, “I want to say thank you to those that have already taken the time to register for the next #TalkTPE event. The #TalkTPE events are vital as they allow us to connect with customers; this next session will provide a fantastic opportunity to provide an update on the onboard services we offer. I would encourage anyone who is interested to book a space today; we would love to hear from you!”
Andy Croughan, Group Station Manager at TransPennine Express, added, “Our goal is to provide the very best service, and we are always looking for ways to improve. We are looking to gain feedback on our services so that we can enhance our customer’s experience. I would encourage anyone interested in taking part to sign up today using the online form.”
