Rail customers in the North and into Scotland are being invited to book a space and chat virtually with train and station managers.
TransPennine Express (TPE) is giving its customers the opportunity to get in touch and discuss the things that matter to them when it comes to travelling by train.
The company’s virtual #TalkTPE events provide customers with the chance to have a conversation with members of the TPE Team and have their questions answered. The next #TalkTPE event will be hosted by Customer Experience Manager, Emma Teale, who looks after catering, cleaning, security, and the continuous improvement of our customer’s experience.
The session will take place between 5pm and 7pm on Monday 4 October 2021, where customers will have the opportunity to have a one-to-one discussion with the team lasting 15 minutes.
The #TalkTPE event will provide a great opportunity to talk all things catering and allows customers to learn more about the products we offer onboard. It also offers the opportunity to raise any questions you may have about the cleaning or security we offer on board and in our stations.
By signing up for the next event at: http://bit.ly/TalkTPE, customers can let us know what positive changes we can make to the services we offer. Spaces will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
