Be sure to visit Warrington Town Centre once you arrive on one of our trains to Warrington. From well-known high street brands to exclusive independent shops, everybody should be able to find something nice.
High street favourites such as H&M, Zara and Debenhams are located at Golden Square Shopping Centre. Cockhedge Shopping Park contains a great mix of retailers, from small speciality shops to big chain stores.
The main shopping streets are Horsemarket, Buttermarket, Bridge and Sankey Street. These four streets intersect at Market Gate, which is part of an award-winning redevelopment: A large fountain and figurines, known locally as 'the skittles', were designed by Howard Ben Tré. Warrington also has a large indoor market, which we recommend you take time to discover.
There are also several shopping areas in the surrounding suburbs, from small groups of shops to malls such as Birchwood Mall. And if you didn't know, Swedish furniture giant IKEA chose Warrington as the location for their first store when they first opened in the UK 25 years ago.Buy tickets
