During the current restrictions in the workplace, due to the government guidelines on combatting the spread of the coronavirus, there may be a slight delay in fulfilling your order for a Smart card.
Season tickets can now be purchased on a Smart card instead of a paper ticket. They work the same as paper tickets but are much more durable and keep your money safe. If your card is lost or stolen, you will be able to cancel it and we'll send you a new one.
Get yourself a Smart card and you can buy your Season Ticket online. It is also available to buy at a TransPennine Express ticket machine or renew at your local TransPennine Express station, with the new amount automatically added to the card.
