What to expect at our stations
All 19 managed stations operated by TransPennine Express have achieved Secure Station status which is a national scheme to accredit stations which meet high levels of passenger security.
We display full timetable information at our stations; We aim, wherever possible, to display information 28 days in advance when services change at Bank Holidays or because of Engineering Work.
We have approachable and proactive Customer Service staff at our stations and on all our trains, who will be happy to provide the information you need. Lifts have been installed at many stations so you do not need to use the stairs with prams, pushchairs or luggage.
We want everyone to be safe whilst at our stations and we constantly work to make sure that your station is the safest place it can be. Some of our stations have yellow lines painted on the platforms, where they do it's important that you stand behind this line until your train has come to a stop.
