We realise that after a relaxed journey on board, passengers can sometimes leave things behind. So, if you lose any of your property on a TransPennine Express train or at one of our stations, please contact customer relations on 0345 600 1671 and then choose option 4 to talk to a member of the team.
We want to make it as easy as possible to reunite you with your items, but we will need your help in doing so. That is why we ask you to provide us with as many details as possible about the item that you are reporting, as well as the journey details such as what train you were on, where you were sat and what stop you got off.
Losing your valued items can be stressful enough, so, we don’t charge you for the storage or retrieval of your lost property - we’ll just do our best to help reunite you with your belongings.
Our lost property office is open Monday – Friday 8am until 3pm.
