The ticket office is closed until Monday 13 September due to Metro transformation works. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. To buy a ticket
Revenue protection inspectors are regularly patrolling our network checking tickets. You must buy a valid ticket for your journey before getting on the train - it's the law. If not, you risk prosecution and fines of up to £1000.
Ticket office closed until 13 September 2021. See station message at the top of this page for details.
There are two accessible ticket machines, that take debit and credit cards only.
One is next to the ticket office at the top of the ramp.
Another is near the car park. When purchasing your travel ticket, please obtain a parking ticket from this machine or from the ticket office.
Wheelchair users, mobility scooter users and customers with reduced mobility may find the steep ramps leading from Abernant Road to both platforms difficult to negotiate.
