This station has step free access to both platforms from Station Road, with approximately 10-15 metres between the two entrances which are either side of the level crossing. However the height and width of the platforms at this station means that boarding ramps cannot be provided.

Rail replacement bus services pick up and drop off near the station entrance, either side of the level crossing. Customers requiring accessible rail replacement transport are advised to use Newmarket, Cambridge, or Cambridge North stations.
