Car Parking

You can purchase your parking ticket by downloading the APCOA Connect app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. This is the easiest and quickest way to manage your parking session! You can purchase your parking ticket from the comfort of your car, so there’s no need to stand at a pay and display machine in the rain!

You can also purchase on the website (without downloading the app) on www.apcoaconnect.com, or you can pay by phone by calling the automated payment line on 01895 262 122. You will need to have your bank card, car park location code and vehicle registration to hand. Please note, you may be required to send a confirmation text with your vehicle registration in order to validate your parking session.

Finally, you can purchase your car parking ticket from any of our staffed ticket offices, during office opening hours only. Please note that parking tickets must be purchased as soon as you arrive at the car park, and one of the alternative payment methods mentioned above must be used if the ticket office is closed.

If you are unable to purchase via the app, website or phone you can purchase your parking ticket from the Ticket Office at staffed stations. There is no need to display a parking ticket in your windscreen, the payment is linked to our digital back office (the same used by the APCOA app and phone line)

Please note that ticket office purchases are subject to the following terms:

• Cash and card payment is accepted
• Available from the ticket office when it is open. If the ticket office is closed, you must purchase your car parking ticket using the APCOA website or app, or by calling the automated phone number.
• Daily, weekly and monthly car parking tickets are supported. Annual season tickets cannot be purchased at the ticket office.
• Tickets much be purchased immediately upon parking and within no longer than 10 minutes of arrival.
• Penalty Parking Notices are issued at our car parks where vehicles are parked in contravention of the signposted terms.
• Railway Byelaws apply.

No. Blue Badge Holders can park for free, however they must display a valid Blue Badge, be parked in a designated Blue Badge Holder bay and be registered with us. Blue Badge Holders can register at this link: bit.ly/tpebluebadge

Blue Badge Holders must adhere to these terms to avoid receiving a penalty.

We offer weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual season tickets through the APCOA Connect app and www.apcoaconnect.com
