Our car parks are private land, and terms and conditions apply:
- Parking Tariffs Apply. Any vehicle remaining on site for more than 20 minutes must have a valid parking payment session in place at all times.
- At Brough, Hull, Northallerton, Middlesbrough and Thornaby car parks Blue Badge permit holders must be registered with us in advance in order to be exempt from parking tariffs. Normal tariffs apply to unregistered Blue Badge holders. A valid Blue Badge must also be displayed clearly within the windscreen at all times. All other terms apply.
- At our other car parks, Blue Badge holders do not need to register to be exempt from parking tariffs, but a valid Blue Badge must also be displayed clearly within the windscreen at all times. All other terms apply.
- A full and correct vehicle registration must be entered when making payment.
- Vehicles must be parked wholly within the confines of a single marked parking bay and in accordance with all other signage on site.
- Some bays may be marked for Permit Holders, Blue Badge Holders, Car Club Vehicles, Motorcycles, Staff, Taxis, or Short Stay Use only. Marked bays may only be used by vehicles which comply with the relevant signage and conditions on display.
Breach of ANY of the terms and conditions will result in the driver being liable for: a parking charge of £100*
By entering or remaining on our land you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions.
Parking charges are to be paid within 28 days. Non payment will result in a collection fee of £70*. Additional parking charges apply for each 24 hour period, or part thereof, that the vehicle remains in breach, or if it returns at any time. Terms and conditions apply 24 hours a day, all year round. The driver shall be liable for any outstanding charges, collection fees, interest, and costs on an indemnity basis. Where any statutory basis exists for any monies due under this contract to be recovered from anyone other than the driver, they too shall be recoverable on an indemnity basis.

No liability is accepted for loss or damage howsoever caused to any person or property whilst on the site save under statutory exceptions.

Notice: Railway Byelaws apply in respect of any vehicle contravening traffic signs, and for any vehicle left in any manner or place where it may cause an obstruction or hinderance. Contravention of Railway Byelaws can constitute a criminal offence. In accordance with Railway Byelaws, any vehicle may be removed and stored if it is causing an obstruction, or if doing so is necessary to deal with an emergency; to allow access to persons or vehicles to enable maintenance of the railway to be carried out; or to enable the safe and efficient operation of the railway.
