Tees Valley – made up of Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland and Stockton-on-Tees – has played host to some massive acts recently and 2024 is set to be no different. 

Music lovers can look forward to two massive outdoor concerts this summer as Take That return to Middlesbrough’s Riverside Stadium on May 24, followed by James Arthur on June 8.



Each year Middlesbrough Mela never fails to deliver – so visit Middlesbrough’s Albert Park next summer for a weekend of multicultural music, fashion, food and fun.

Attracting some incredible artists, Middlesbrough Art Week is returning from 26 September to 5 October for another packed programme of art to suit all tastes.

The Gathering Sounds festival will be returning to venues across Stockton on Saturday, 28 September, promising an impressive line-up of local and national talent.

The incredible Kate Rusby will be hitting Hartlepool Folk Festival from 4 – 6 October 2024. Kathryn Tickell & The Darkening, The Breath and The Ross Ainslie & Ali Hutton Band are just a few of the other names revealed.

In November and December, both Hartlepool’s Wintertide Festival and Nightfall will be bring their dazzling light and art installations to brighten up the evenings.
