How do I use a Jobcentre Plus Railcard to buy train tickets?

For TPE Advance Purchase train tickets, select 'Jobseeker TPE Discount' from the railcard list when you book train tickets with us online.

For all other ticket types, select 'Jobcentre Plus Railcard'.

Can I buy train tickets at the station with a Jobcentre Plus Railcard?

The 50% discount on TPE Advance Purchase train tickets is only available when you book online. You can buy Anytime Day, Off Peak or Season Tickets at a station.
