To continue using your TransPennine Express account you’ll need to reset your password. It’s
quick and easy to do.
Rest assured, you’ll still benefit from the same service and support from TransPennine Express. Our website and app are the only things that are updating.
Enter the email address associated with your TransPennine Express account to receive a reset password link to your email inbox, be sure to check your junk.
Yes, tickets booked before 9th July with a departure date on or after 9th July are still valid.
We are able to transfer your booking history. Bookings made before 9th July will be visible in 'My account' area on both the website and app from the 9th of July. There will also be an option to download your e-tickets as a PDF.
Please refer to your booking confirmation email from 'noreply@tpexpress.co.uk'.
Any remaining balance for eVouchers that have not expired will still be available after we've launched our new website and app. You just need to make sure you've added your eVoucher(s) to your account before the 9th of July.
Please follow our refund and rebook process. Book your new tickets via our website or app, then you can claim a refund via the refund portal (found here: https://refunds.tpexpress.co.uk), when asked for the refund reason select refund and rebook.
Under the new My account area, you are able to make both seat and bike reservations.

We’ve introduced and enhanced many new features. If there’s something you’re still missing, rest assured — we’re actively working on it, and it will be re-released in a future update.
