During National Customer Service Week, we would like to hear from you about the good customer service you have received from the TransPennine Express teams working on our trains and in stations.
Nominate one of our colleagues and you could be in with a chance to win a pair of tickets to a selection of visitor attractions across the north of England and Scotland.
We have tickets available for Legoland and SeaLife in Manchester, Edinburgh Dungeons, York Dungeons, SeaLife Scarborough, Dinostar in Hull, Newcastle Castle, Judges Lodgings in Lancaster and Anfield Stadium Tours in Liverpool. Plus, train travel with TransPennine Express to get you there.
To be in with a chance to win a pair of tickets you just need to nominate one of our team and tell us about your experience. Please comment on our post on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram with the name of the person you wish to nominate or if you don’t know their name, the journey and time of your journey and what they did to impress you.
Everybody who makes a nomination will be entered into a draw to win a pair of tickets to a visitor attraction and accompanying train tickets. A winner will be selected each day at random.

These Terms and Conditions govern the National Customer Service Week Giveaway. The giveaway is promoted by First TransPennine Express Limited.
- Entry to the free giveaway is by commenting on our post on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook with the name of one of our team, or journey and time and some information about what they did.
- First TransPennine Express Limited accept no liability for lost, uncomplete or illegible entries
- Entry into the giveaway is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The giveaway is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, except employees and their immediate families of First TransPennine Express Limited or anyone professionally connected with this giveaway.
- The competition commences on 5th Oct 2020 (GMT) and concludes at 23:59 on 9th Oct 2020 (GMT).
- There are 5 (five) prizes in total consisting of:
- A pair of train tickets on the TransPennine Express train route.
- A pair of tickets to a visitor attraction, winners will be able to choose from Legoland and SeaLife in Manchester, Edinburgh Dungeons, York Dungeons, SeaLife Scarborough, Dinostar in Hull, Newcastle Castle, Judges Lodgings in Lancaster and Anfield Stadium Tours in Liverpool. Subject to availability.
- The train tickets included in the giveaway are valid for return train travel to the city where the visitor attraction is based from a destination on the TransPennine Express network in standard class for two people. If travel is required to get to a train station on the TransPennine Express network, these costs are not covered by TransPennine Express or the giveaway.
- The train tickets need to be used by 31 March '21. Dates to use the attraction tickets vary and will be advised.
- We will select a winner each day at random from all the nominations made.
- The winner must claim their prize within 3 (three) working days of First TransPennine Express Limited sending notification. If a prize is unclaimed after this time it will lapse and First TransPennine Express Limited will redraw the prize until a contactable winner has been located and the prize is claimed.
- The winners will be asked to provide address details when they are contacted in order to claim their train tickets.
- The prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable or for resale. There is no cash alternative.
- The winners will be selected by random draw at the offices of the promoter.
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
- The promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) in connection with entry into the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
