You can purchase your parking ticket by downloading the APCOA Connect app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. This is the easiest way to manage your parking session. You can purchase your ticket in advance of your journey, or from the comfort of your car so there’s no need to stand at a pay and display machine in the rain!
If you prefer, you can also purchase on the website (without downloading the app) on www.apcoaconnect.com
Alternatively, you can pay over the phone by calling the automated payment line on 01895 262 122. You will need to have your bank card, car park location code and vehicle registration to hand.

No. Blue Badge Holders can park for free, however they must display a valid Blue Badge, be parked in a designated Blue Badge Holder bay and be registered with us. Blue Badge Holders can register at this link: bit.ly/tpebluebadge
Blue Badge Holders must adhere to these terms to avoid receiving a penalty.
We offer weekly season tickets through the APCOA Connect app. Unfortunately, longer season tickets are not available at the moment but we hope to have these available soon.
