View weekly appeals and pay online
In some cases when a passenger is not able to pay for a ticket or a ticket excess charge, we will issue an Unpaid Fare Notice, which shows details of the journey and the fare which should have been paid. This gives the Passenger permission to travel and pay the fare within 21 days.
Unpaid Fare Notices can now be paid quickly and conveniently online. We use PayPal for these payments so that your card details are never shared with us, but you don't need a PayPal account to pay your Unpaid Fare Notice online.
Passengers also have the opportunity to appeal or dispute the issue of the Unpaid Fare Notice in writing within 21 days.
