• Ticket Office platform 2

For station accessibility and ticket office opening times, please refer to the "Step Free Access" and "Staff Help" sections on the webpage.  

Please make yourself known to the station staff and on train staff. If the ticket office is closed, go directly to the platform your train leaves from.  

 *This station does not have step-free access between platforms. If you need step-free access to platform 1, go directly to that platform and use the help point for assistance.  

• Platform 1  

By the customer information screen, past the shelter and help point.

• Platform 2  

By the pole at the ramp entrance onto the platform, between the help point and ticket office.

This is a Category B2 station.

This station has a degree of step-free access to the platform, which may be in both directions or in one direction only - please check details.

Please take care when boarding/alighting the train at both platforms, as the stepping distance between the train and the platform may be more prominent than at other platforms.
