Passenger Assistance Meeting Points 

• Ticket Office platform 2. 

For station accessibility and ticket office opening times, please refer to the "Step Free Access" and "Staff Help" sections on the webpage.  

Please make yourself known to the station staff and on train staff. If the ticket office is closed, go directly to the platform your train leaves from.  

*This station does not have step-free access between platforms. If you need step-free access to platform 1, go directly to that platform and use the help point for assistance.  

• Platform 1By the lamp post next to the customer information screen and shelter.
• Platform 2By the outside of the ticket office, next to the help point.

This is a Category B1 station. Level to platform 2, ramp to platform 1 and connecting footbridge with stairs between platforms or long route via public road

Please take care when boarding/alighting the train towards the bottom of platform 1 and across all of platform 2, as the stepping distance between the platform and the train may be more prominent than at other areas of the platform.
