The escalators are out of order between the Ludgate Hill entrance and platform 2 at City Thameslink station. Step free access is still available to all platforms.
All Thameslink ticket machines are able to sell tickets with Disabled Persons Railcard discounts. Ticket machines are of an accessible design, however their location and the station itself may not be so please check the station access note for further details

This is a Category B1 station: The Ludgate Hill entrance has step-free access (via lifts) to both platforms. The Holborn Viaduct entrance provides access to both platforms via stairs/escalators only. The Ludgate Hill and Holborn Viaduct entrances are approx. 350m apart via the street).
Assistance Meeting Point is the ticket office.
