Between 18/05/22 and 01/06/22, there will be essential works made to the lifts on platform 3 and 4. This will mean there is no step free access for passengers alighting at Exeter St David's for trains heading towards Paignton/Plymouth and Penzance. This also effects the local service originating from Exmouth.
If you are a disabled customer and require step free access during this period, please contact GWR's Passenger Assist team via phone on 08001971329, type talk 18001 0800 197 1329 or email passenger.assist@gwr.com, who can arrange a suitable alternative.
There will be stepped access to platform 3 and 4 during this work.
Accessible ticket machines are located at the station entrance by the ticket office.
