Platform 3 (high level) is currently out of use whilst Network Rail complete essential engineering works. West Midlands Railway services will not call at Lichfield Trent Valley during this time. London Northwestern Railway and Avanti West Coast services will operate as normal.
West Midlands Railway customers will be transferred to Lichfield City by replacement bus service, which will call at both car parks of Lichfield Trent Valley station. Customers requiring Passenger Assistance are encouraged to call us on 0800 024 8998 to arrange alternative transport.

This station is not staffed at all times, when this station is unstaffed we
can accept bookings for boarding and alighting assistance.
All of our trains have ramps on board that our conductors are trained to use.
We recommend booking assistance 24 hours in advance for this and all other assistance requests, (you can book further in advance if you wish).
