There are two help points located on the Skelhorne Street side of the station with a direct line to contact station staff.�

The National Key (RADAR) toilet is located next to the Male and Female toilets by the Lord Nelson Street entrance. If you do not have a key please locate a member of staff and they will provide you with one.
