There are two help points located on the Skelhorne Street side of the station with a direct line to contact station staff. There is also a call point near the entrance of the short stay car park.
Assistance is available to and from platforms
The National Key (RADAR) toilet is located next to the Male and Female toilets by the Lord Nelson Street entrance. If you do not have a key please locate a member of staff and they will provide you with one.

Liverpool's main bus station (on Roe Street) is about 4 minutes walk from Lime Street station.

As there are 2 car parks at Liverpool Lime Street station please go to the APCOA website for current tariffs.
There are 2 areas at Liverpool Lime Street station where you can lock up your bike, Lord Nelson Street and Skelhorne Street. They are the only 2 places you are permitted to leave your bike at the station.

The station taxi rank is located at Skelhorne Street side of the station. There are two customer help points located for passengers requiring assistance.
