The lifts are out of order between Platform 13 & 14 and other platforms/station concourse at Manchester Piccadilly station.
During this time there will be a fixed stairlift on the steps from platform 14 and extra staff will be available to assist. If you require step free access at Manchester Piccadilly you are advised to book assistance in advance and please allow extra time

Station Update
Until further notice, Manchester Piccadilly station will close between 01:00 and 03:15 (subject to the arrival of the last train and the departure of the first train in the morning).

Located by the entrance to Fairfield Street. Located by the entrance from the long stay car park. Located within satellite lounge by the side of the lift and outside the entrance to the toilets on the South Concourse.
The Train Information Point is located on the main concourse. The Station Reception is located in the Fairfield Street mezzanine level near to W.H Smith.
Available only at Fairfield Street entrance with dropped kerb and lift to main station.
Accessible toilets are available on the main concourse, satellite lounge near platforms 13/14. Use the radar key or contact a member of staff for further directions.
