There are two cycle stands on Platform 1 (for trains towards both Ipswich and Lowestoft) under the canopy. There are a further four cycle stands in the corner of the station car park next to the accessible car parking spaces, to the left of the ramped entrance to the platform.
Rail replacement bus services pick up and drop off at the bus stops outside the station on Wilford Bridge Road.
