During the time of the works, the current shelter will be removed and no other shelter will be available. This is a Driver only operated train service and the station is unstaffed. Customers are advised to use Harlow Town (3 miles north) or Broxbourne (5 miles south) for trains towards London or Cambridge where assistance is available for all services.
This station has step free access between platforms to both platforms via the level crossing on High Street and approximately 50 metres apart.
