Alternative entrances can be found next to the booking hall via the side gate, or on Greyhound Lane (3-5 minute walk).
Ticket machines (card only) are available at both entrances, however, Oyster/contactless card readers are only available at the Greyhound Lane entrance. Customers will need to enter/exit via this entrance to tap in/out when travelling to or from this station.
Step-free access will remain available to the whole station throughout this period. Speak to station staff for further assistance.

All Southern ticket machines are able to sell tickets with Disabled Persons Railcard discounts. Ticket machines are of an accessible design, however their location and the station itself may not be so please check the station access note for further details
Located at the front of the station
A staff-operated ramp is required for step-free access between train and platform at this station. Station staff are usually available at the times listed below.
This is a Category B1 station: Platform 1 (southbound) and platform 2 (northbound) are served via lifts from the Greyhound lane entrance. Platforms 3 and 4 are only used during times of engineering works. Platform 3 (southbound) is served by lift from the Greyhound Lane entrance though platform 4 (northbound) is served by a separate entrance/short ramp in Eardley Road, approximately 130m from the Greyhound Lane entrance.
Assistance Meeting Point is on platform 1 above the Help Point.
This station does not have tactile surfaces along all platform edges. Please pay attention to where the platform surface changes from smooth to paved or contact us for assistance.
