Passenger Assistance Meeting Points 

• Ticket Office platform 2.

Please make yourself known to the station staff and on train staff. If the ticket office is closed, go directly to the platform your train leaves from.  

*This station does not have step-free access between platforms. If you need step-free access to platform 1, go directly to that platform and use the help point for assistance.  

• Platform 1  

By the lamp post onto the platform, before the shelter and help point.

• Platform 2  

By the lamp post along from the shelter and help point at the entrance to the platform.

This is a Category B2 station. Ramps to both platforms and connecting footbridge with stairs between platforms. The Passenger Assist meeting point is at the Ticket Office.

Please take care when boarding / alighting the train at this station as the stepping distance between the train and the platform may be more prominent than at other stations.
