Yes, you'll just need to reset your password before you can sign-in to your account, look out for an email from us with more information. When we launch the new website and app it won't be possible to view or retreive tickets in our app for bookings made before the 9th of July, so please make sure to save your booking confirmation emails for future reference.
We are able to transfer your booking history. Bookings made before 9th July will be visible in 'My account' area on both the website and app from the 9th of July. There will also be an option to download your e-tickets as a PDF.

Under the new My account area, you are able to make both seat and bike reservations.
Any remaining balance for eVouchers that have not expired will still be available after we've launched our new website and app. You just need to make sure you've added your eVoucher(s) to your account before the 9th of July.
