Season Ticket Promotion Terms

• This promotion is subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw this at any time. There are 24,000 x £25 voucher codes available.
• The £25 discount voucher code can only be redeemed against the purchase of season tickets using this promotion on and from 1st March 2024. The last day for purchasing season tickets using this promotion is 5.00pm on 28th March 2024.
• Customers can claim their £25 discount by requesting a unique voucher code via the online form at tpexpress.co.uk/seasonoffer. Customers will then receive a voucher code by email.
• Customers can then purchase their season tickets via the TPExpress App or at tpexpress.co.uk using this link . The unique voucher code can be applied to relevant purchases as either full or part payment. Numerous purchases can be made until the £25 value of the voucher code is fully redeemed or the voucher expires on 1st April, whichever is sooner. Any unredeemed value associated with voucher codes issued as part of this promotion will expire on 29 March 2024.
• Only one £25 voucher code can be claimed per person [and it is non-transferrable].
• The £25 voucher can be redeemed against the cost of weekly, monthly, annual, custom period and Flexi Season tickets for both First and Standard class only.

• Smart card holders – once you have purchased your season ticket using the voucher code you can upload to your Smart card in the usual way via the ticket machine or by tapping onto the ticket gate.
• If you don’t have a Smart card - your ticket will be posted to you. Postage charges of £1.50 apply, please allow 7 days duration for postage from the date of purchase to the desired start date of your season ticket. (Special delivery is also available for £7.50).
• For customers with additional needs or who cannot book via digital channels, please call 0330 095 4073 or Text Relay 18001 0330 095 4073 to claim your £25 discount and make your purchase. This number will be monitored from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If we are unable to take your call or if you call outside of these hours please leave your details and your call will be returned within 2 working days. Please allow 7 days duration for postage from the date of purchase to the desired start date of your season ticket.
• The £25 discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
• Railcard discounts are available. Applicable Railcards for this offer are the 16 – 17 Saver and the Job Centre Plus Travel Discount Card.
• Season Tickets allow unlimited travel between 2 stations for a specified period of time. Season Tickets are usually available for periods of 7 days or for any period from 1 month to 1 year. More information on Season Tickets can be found at www.tpexpress.co.uk/train-tickets/season-tickets

• Normal season ticket rules apply for refunds. If a purchase was made with a £25 voucher this will not be included in the value of the refund.

• Voucher codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or for any purpose other than as expressly provided for under the terms of this promotion.
