We understand that pets make the perfect travel companions for long train journeys. Knowing this, we want to make our service as convenient as possible for our passengers, which is why we allow your furry friends to travel on board our trains for free.
Passengers may be accompanied by up to two dogs on a lead, but we ask that you make sure your pets are not sat on seats or tables, so they don’t cause a nuisance to other passengers. Other small animals can travel with us too; however they must travel in a suitable pet carrier for the journey.
Both guide and hearing assistance dogs are welcome and we do our utmost to ensure that handlers and support dogs travel safely and in comfort whilst on board.
If you need any clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us or you can talk to a member of staff at one of our stations.
