Hot weather is expected across the UK this week, which may affect some train services and the comfort of your journey.
There are no planned changes to our timetable in reaction to the weather as it currently stands. However, high temperatures can impact the railway and short-notice changes, including service alterations or cancellations, may be required.
We strongly recommend you check your journey before you travel, including any connections with other operators as they may have introduced amended timetables.
Please carry water with you while travelling on the network and wait for your train in the shade or a station waiting room if available.
If you feel unwell at the station, please speak to staff for help and avoid boarding the train. If you start to feel unwell on a train, please speak to one of our onboard team.
