Since 2004 we’ve worked tirelessly to create a train company fit for the people we serve. We’ve introduced new fleets and new routes. We’ve doubled passenger numbers and transformed the service performance, winning multiple awards along the way. But what’s really exciting isn’t what we’ve already done. It’s what we’re going to do.
With £500m being invested in the network we’ll be able to connect more people to more places and more opportunities than ever before. We’ll introduce more services, more seats, and new state-of-the-art trains. We’ll help businesses bloom, with superfast Wi-Fi. We’ll help job seekers find jobs, with discounted tickets. We’ll make tickets easier to buy, seats easier to book. And we'll brew you a great coffee.
But we're not just on a journey to transform a train service. We're on a journey to connect the people and places that we serve. That means helping more ideas happen, more businesses grow and more people visit more cities on more great days (and nights) out. To do it, we'll be working with amazing people from across our network, championing up and coming talent and showcasing exciting things to do and see.
