We are committed to making it easier for older and disabled customers to travel with us.
We offer the Sunflower Lanyard and Assistance Card to our customers with non-visible disabilities.
If you are wearing a Sunflower Lanyard, staff should recognise it and understand that you have a non-visible disability and that you may need a little extra help, benefit from a priority seat, or need extra time when travelling. However, they will not know what your particular disability is, what challenges and issues you may face, or what help you may know. If you have specific requirements, please ask a member of staff for help.
We will be happy to give you a lanyard, even if you don’t require Passenger Assistance. You can keep your lanyard and use it again in the future, with us or with other businesses who recognise the scheme.
You can pick up a Sunflower Lanyard and Assistance Card from the ticket office at any of our staffed stations. You can also request them from our social media team.
